Refunds and cancellation

Cancelling

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Settings. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing is deleted when you downgrade; data older than the free plan's 7 days is hidden, then removed after 30 days.

Free trial

The 7-day Founder trial needs a card or UPI AutoPay mandate. If you cancel before day 8, you aren't charged. One trial per person, brand and payment method.

Refunds

• Monthly plans: no partial refunds for the remaining days of a month.
• Yearly plans: a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of payment.
• If we charged you by mistake, we refund it in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. To ask for one, email hello@getvigil.in from your account email.
