These terms are between you and Tanmay Surte, Shantiniketan, NL6/18-7, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400706, India, who runs Vigil at getvigil.in. By creating an account you accept them.

What Vigil does

Vigil finds public posts and AI answers about a brand you name, rates them, and suggests replies. It never posts on your behalf. Reply drafts are suggestions: you decide what to publish and you are responsible for it.

What Vigil does not promise

• It does not find every post. Sources can be unavailable; your briefing says which ones weren't checked.
• AI answers vary from day to day. Vigil records one answer per engine per day.
• Severity ratings are estimates, not legal or PR advice. Check with a lawyer before replying to safety or legal complaints.

Your responsibilities

• Only monitor a brand you own or are authorised to represent.
• Don't use Vigil to harass, track or target individuals.
• Keep your sign-in email secure.

Plans and payment

The free plan is free. Paid plans, when available, are billed in advance through Razorpay. See the refund and cancellation policy.

Ending your account

You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Navi Mumbai have jurisdiction. Questions: hello@getvigil.in.
